»As an artist I believe in the power of improvisation as a key source to express honest movements and unique body language that comes out of the natural feelings of each and every individual. That is why I develop my artistic practise "Free limits" which I'm successfully teaching in different dance institutions. Briefly speaking, "Free limits" is a guided structured improvisation class which is based on the philosophy that every single person has some restrictions in their own body and has to deal with it in the most organic and efficient way. In order to be unique and recognized we are discovering the source of inner potential and spirit that cause us to move in a certain way and how our body with the given capacity can represent our ideas as best as possible. The most important thing for me in any art form is to see the personalities and artists that speak from the heart and not just try to perfectly execute dance movements. That is why I teach people how to feel, not how to dance.«
